Meet Lisa

Lisa Statzer is a health coach who specializes in helping pre-diabetics and diabetics lower their blood sugar by incorporating healthy habits into their lives. She has always valued health and wellness. In perfecting her own health, she has spent more than a decade working with personal trainers, nutritionists, chiropractors, and stress management specialists so that she remained in premium health for her family.


When her father was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, Lisa was determined to support her father in reversing his diagnoses. It was in working with her father that she discovered how prevalent diabetes is on this planet.


After her dad successfully reversed his Diabetes with Lisa's plan and without medication, Lisa started taking this program to the masses, and Pre Diabetic Support was born.
